Whether the ‘user’ is registered as a 'member' or not 'you' agree to abide by all the terms of this agreement. This agreement will remain in place throughout 'your' use of this site and will continue indefinitely thereafter. Please ensure to print this agreement off for safe keeping or store it for future use.
Changes to this agreement
'Wejustlink.com' is at liberty to make changes to this agreement from time to time, and notification of any changes will be made via the website. 'You' agree to accept any changes made.
Requirements
When using 'our' services, 'you' agree to submit truthful and accurate information relating to email addresses and identification. This service must not be used for any unlawful practise. If 'we' believe that inaccurate information has been provided at the offset of membership or at any time during the duration of 'your' membership, then the agreement will be terminated immediately without notice.
Lifetime of membership
'You' may terminate 'your' membership at any time for any reason by contacting subscriptions@wejustlink.com or directly through the payment provider. 'We' reserve the right to terminate 'your' membership without warning at any time.
Fees
'We' reserve the right to charge for the services or to make any changes to our charges at 'our' discretion. If 'we' have to terminate 'your' agreement due to breach of contract on your part, then no refund of any fees taken will be given.
Allocation of password
Once 'your' membership application has been accepted and registered, 'you' will be allocated a personal password. 'You' will be wholly responsible for the safe keeping and appropriate use of the password. 'You' will not be permitted to use the password of any other member or disclose 'your' or their personal password to any third party, either registered member or non member. 'You' agree to notify us immediately by emailing info@wejustlink.com if 'you' suspect any unauthorised use of 'your' password.
Service and agreement termination
Wejustlink.com reserve the right to terminate any service or access to our websites without prior notice without limitation should there be any regulatory or statutory changes that effect our ability to provide the service. In addition, where there may be reasons beyond our control that prevents us such as technical difficulties, including communication or network failures. Thirdly this right will be reserved if it is suspected by ‘the service provider’ that 'you' are abusing the services provided by wejustlink.com which in turn breaches the terms of the contract.
Unacceptable content
The contract will be terminated immediately without prior notice should any content posted violate our terms and conditions.
A simple list of Do's and Don'ts has been provided to make it easier for you to adhere to our content policies; we reserve the right to amend these at any time without prior notice.

• Post content that is of an offensive nature, including swear words.
• Promote or uphold racism
• Promote acts of terrorism, hatred or any act of aggression to any other party.
• Harass any other person in any capacity, including any sexual or violent behaviour.
• Promote gambling websites.
• Post content relating to or linking to pornography (adult websites).
• Solicit anyone under the age of 18 years old in any way shape or form.
• Provide any personal information of any kind whatsoever of any other individual (private or public figures).
• Post any information that you know to be false, misleading or inaccurate which could result in libel.
• Abuse copyright laws.
• Promote pirating /copying of music or files, nor file sharing, including computer programs or links to them.
• Copy any content from another website or print media.
• Post spun or rehashed articles.
• Participate in the use of junk mail or spamming.
• Promote any known criminal activity or behaviour, including the knowledge of any illegal weaponry, violation of a third person’s privacy or in any way create or pass on computer viruses.

• Post articles over 150 words in length
• Post articles with 1 link only
• Post articles written in English only
• Post unique and informative articles
Removal of disapproved content
'We' reserve the right at our sole discretion to reject and remove any content considered by 'us' to be inappropriate. In the event of any such action being necessary, then the ‘users’ membership will be terminated without prior notice.
'We' may reject or delete any 'content' posted that 'we' considers inappropriate whilst monitoring the website. However, 'we' do not take responsibility for any 'content' posted by any ‘user’. Any 'content' posted on the website by any ‘ user’ is submitted with sole responsibility of the ‘ user’, thus any liability occurring as a result of any inappropriate content not removed by 'us' will be the sole responsibility of the ‘ user’. 'We' are not liable for the accuracy or reliability of any content posted onto 'our' 'network' by any ‘user’.
Rights to content
'We' do not claim any rights or ownership of any text or content posted by the ‘users’. 'We' 'are not liable or responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information posted by the ‘user’. ‘Users' retain all rights to the content posted, however by posting 'content' for publication, 'you' hereby grant permission for 'wejustlink.com' to have free license to use any content in any way whatsoever, including but not limited to, public display, publishing, reproduction and distribution throughout the website. 'You' accept the ownership of any content posted within our website, and accept the right to grant any license set forth within this contract to enable us to use any content posted without violating the privacy rights, copyright or contract rights of any third party. ‘Service providers’ policy on emails
Should 'we' receive any emails that contain threatening, abusive, pornographic, obscene, malicious or defamatory or illegal material, 'we' will not reply to any such communication, and 'we' reserve the right to take such action as deemed fit should any of the above occur.

'Wejustlink.com' will not accept responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate 'content' posted on our 'network' by ‘users’ or as a result of any equipment or program failure. Any creation of postings may contain links to other websites, 'we' cannot be held responsible for any user generated links or links to 'content'. 'We' cannot be held responsible for any 'content' or opinions expressed within the 'content'. Any access to third party sites is at the ‘users’ own risk. 'We' will accept no responsibility for any third party 'content' which is posted through our 'network', nor do 'we' accept any responsibility for any goods or services provided by 'users'. 'We' accepts no responsibility for the conduct of 'users' or any error, omission, or interruption in neither operation, nor any responsibility for unauthorised access to user communication, through theft or destruction. 'We' are not responsible for any technical malfunction or breakdown of any network, computer systems, software failure, including any injury or damage to ‘users’ computer when a direct result of downloading any materials in connection with our service. The agreement is non-transferable. Any aspects of this agreement deemed invalid by any court of law does not affect the remainder of the terms. Neither parties rights will be waived should exercise of either parties seeking to remedy validation under these terms.
